Somerset East
It is with great pleasure that we are able to announce a world class-flying academy at the new Somerset East Airport. APTRAC are set to commence both fixed wing and helicopter training operations early in 2008. Advanced flight training, administration and major maintenance will still be carried out at the
Port Elizabeth operation. The fixed gear training and ground school will be carried out at the new Somerset East Facility.
The residential campus at Somerset East is such that students will be able to study and reside at the same location. This has significant logistical advantages. Also the security of the students will be improved. Somerset East is a quaint little town conducive to student life.
